General Delivery info

Orders placed before 2:30 pm are usually dispatched the same day from Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on:

  • Domestic (Nigeria) orders above ₦200,000

  • International orders above $500

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Please note:

  • Some regions within Nigeria may have limited delivery services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by remote locations, logistics partners, or adverse weather conditions.

  • During peak seasons (sales, holiday periods, promotions), there may be slight processing delays for both orders and returns.

Delivery & Signing

  • Customers are generally expected to sign upon receipt.

  • Contactless delivery is available if preferred.

  • Please note this is not a “named delivery” service; anyone at the delivery address may sign for your package.

  • We will not be liable for missing parcels signed for at communal or business addresses.

Failed Deliveries

  • Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts on consecutive business days.

  • If no one is available to receive the order and no communication is made within 5 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Eco Packaging

  • During peak or sales periods, your order may arrive in eco-friendly packaging: wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable, discreet box.

  • We currently do not offer gift packaging.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard domestic orders: 1–4 working days

  • International orders: 7–14 working days

  • During sales or holiday seasons: Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Sosie ships worldwide. Please note:

  • All international orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

  • Cross-border shipments may be inspected by customs authorities.

  • If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will bear all return shipping costs.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 3 days of order receipt.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required.

  • Once issued, items must be received within 5 days.

  • Items on sale at 30% off or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Returns are accepted within 3 days if items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached).

  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping fees.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide free return shipping and send replacements at no cost.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.

  • You will be notified via email once your refund/exchange is complete.

  • Depending on your bank, additional days may be required for funds to reflect in your account.

Please note:

  • All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included in your order total. These charges are applied once your package reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs policies vary from country to country. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Risk of Loss & Customs Inspections

  • Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the merchandise passes to the customer.

  • International packages may be subject to inspection by customs authorities in the destination country.

Undeliverable Orders

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
